Hi Rugged Glam-ers! I have a quick post on some new backpacks I purchased to use in 2017. I will update this list as I grow my “Glampack Collection” – but for now – two will make it to the RG list! One is still in the mail (Tom Ford) and the other I haven’t had a chance to use yet (Coach), but I’ll be sure to upload an unboxing and initial review soon.
- Coach Terrain Trek Backpack. I love the black/white contrast and also purchased the duffle too for the gym (check out my gymspiration post HERE).
Initial thought: I love that the Trek Backpack is perforated and has soooooooooo many pockets, making it incredibly functional and useful for travel and work. It also has a handy laptop pocket that you can slide your laptop in and out of. I immediately thought this function is great when traveling through airports because you won’t have to deal with the hassle of opening the entire top of your backpack to get your laptop out. It is made of leather and nylon and has a lot of padding and support on the straps and the back area – making it very comfortable. The weight isn’t too bad either – but not the lightest I’ve seen. I do love the flat bottom on the base of the bag because it makes it easy to place without it falling over.
The bag retails for $595 but i got it for $199 on sale over the holidays! Even though it is technically in the Men’s Collection – I have no issue carrying it! It will meet both a man and woman’s needs!
